Due to the success of our trainee programme from the end of 2022, we have a great opportunity to introduce another Trainee Sales Executive at the Helston branch of Parklands Toyota.
You’ll assist in making sure that every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how our vehicles fit into their lifestyle. It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit, with the aim for complete customer satisfaction from start to finish.
You will have fully comprehensive training, and support from both management and the rest of the sales team. You will be guided and coached to full competence within the role, progressing in a way that suits you.
About You
• You will be keen to achieve and exceed any targets.
• The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
• Hold the potential to forge a successful career with Parklands Toyota.
• You will hold a valid UK drivers’ licence.
• Motor trade, automotive or car dealership interest is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Role And Responsibilities
• You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customer's expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
• Maximising opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and internet/online enquiries.
The hours of work are between 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm Saturday with a day off in the week and working 11am to 4pm on 1 in 4 Sundays.
