Vauxhall insignia - timing chain ⚙️
B16DTH engine.

Came in for excessive rattle noise, stripped to find lower chain guide had broken.

They fail due to the tensioner not having a gasket fitted from factory and it lets the oil drain back when engines off causing the tensioner to be slack on startup.

New kit fitted with upgraded tensioner.

VW crafter from Inova Leisure getting a full air con recharge after some big engine maintenance, full rad packs were removed meaning there was no gas in the system.

Vacuum checked for 30mins, double checking no leaks were present before a full recharge using R134a.

Only £66 Inc vat.
