I like the new hierarchy of responsibility towards vulnerable road users.

On the UK's increasingly busy roads, driving can be pretty stressful at times. Even more so when you need to share the road with cyclists who don't even pay road tax or pass a test. Further updates to the Highway Code at the end of January 2022 have been put in place to boost the safety of cyclists....

Passed his driving test in Cardigan DTC today after a short intensive course with me.
Only 3 drivers faults, in what can only be called very poor driving conditions.
