Any Vehicles in the uk are owned by friends or by myself nothing to do with Shift Auto works. Vehicles at auction are not in the possession of Shift Auto Works. Condition and grading are assessed by staff employed by the auction houses with no connection to Shift Auto Works and they prepare
an inspection report. Staff contracted by Shift Auto Works further inspect vehicles with their inspection based around the official auction house inspection report but offers no warranty or guarantee of condition, and the purchaser purchases at his or her own risk. It should be noted that the auction houses provide no guarantee of condition and accept no claims for accident, repaired or modified cars. They accept no claim after a few days of purchases for vehicles of any grade. Fixed price vehicles are not in the possession of Shift Auto Works and have not been inspected by us. Condition and grading are assessed by auction house staff if at an auction house, and by individual car dealers if at a dealership with no connection to Shift Auto Works. As such, Shift Auto Works offers no warranty or guarantee of condition, and the purchaser purchases at his or her own risk.
