Day off yesterday so playing around with what has been a long and arduous challenge: sourdough. Do love my food and a decent loaf of bread is £4.50! So the fact that we have Mill Green Museum and Mill on our doorstep with an operational watermill means I can get fresh stoneground flour which still has many of its nutrients. Always struggled with the fermentation and as I’ve found out recently I’m baking too soon. This is the results of following 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗗𝘂𝗳𝗳𝘆 recipes and in depth instruction and I’m really happy with the result. Gonna try and repeat this a few times then once consistent then time to stone bake in the outdoor oven 👍

Full PPF on this gorgeous F1 just installed by .hatfield. And to take it a little further with protection on alloys, interior and PPF protection. Yup, PPF maybe Batman, but they need their Robin and what better than Halo. All prepared ready for tomorrow as i give her some icing ready for handover tomorrow at in Hatfield.
