Rear quarter accident repair — before & after. 👀

This vehicle came to Prestige Paintwork with significant damage around the rear quarter, tail light and bumper area.

Following the bodywork repair, preparation, paintwork refinishing and reassembly, the damaged corner was brought back to a clean, high-quality finish.

BMW 5 Series accident repair — this one goes well beyond the paintwork. 👀

This BMW arrived with significant damage across the tailgate and rear right-hand corner.

Once the damaged exterior components were removed, the team could get proper access to the areas underneath — allowing Jeremy to work through the affected rear bodywork before the vehicle moves on to preparation, refinishing and reassembly.

Because accident repair isn’t simply about making the outside look good again.

What sits beneath the panels matters too. The damaged areas need to be properly assessed and repaired before the final bodywork and paint finish can come together.

Rolls-Royce restoration - Part 4: Paintwork & Gold Coachline.

After all of the stripping, bodywork, shaping and preparation, the Rolls-Royce has finally reached the paint stage.

Its original colour has now been reapplied, bringing the bodywork back to life after weeks of preparation.

Once the automotive refinishing was complete, the gold coachline was carefully hand-painted along both sides, one of those finishing details that really brings this classic Rolls-Royce back to life.

A huge change from the bare-metal stages we started with, and another major step forward in this restoration.

There’s something about the first day of autumn that makes this reel feel just right 🍂
