Astons old and new for twin plate clutch’s, servicing and diagnostic work.

The Blue 4.3 Aston in for a twin plate clutch was in lovely condition 13,000 miles

At AHM we reprogram your ecu to raise the idle included in the conversion.

All in house, no Slave programming tools or Cheap Chinese flywheels and clutches.

We have AMDs 1 and 2, so the new Mercedes platform cars are no problem.

Some nice Alfas in as always 🙂

Vantage V12 S with lambda faults.
Looking at the data we could see a problem with the cat on bank 1

After bore scoping the pre cats we found a cat starting to fail.
Pre catalytic converter Bank 1

Anyone who says the cats don’t fail on these V12s, well they do
this one has only done 20k

We have seen a good few now.
Worse case the engine pulls bits of broken up cat up into the engine due the valve overlap these engines run.

We carried out a pre cat delete
and reprogrammed the ecus to suit all done in house.

No cutting or modifying the manifolds, they look as per factory, no louder really and will pass the Mot test.

The above work is for off road use only of course. 🙂
