Ferrari 575M Superamerica. Right-hand drive. Six-speed manual.

Ferrari built just 559 Superamericas. Only 63 were right-hand drive, and of those, just six left Maranello with the open-gate manual gearbox. Five were supplied new to the UK.

This is the second of those five to come through the Rosso Refined workshop. The third is booked in for mid-September.

Which leaves two still unaccounted for. Where are they, get in touch 🫢

Sorry we’ve been a little quiet on here recently!

If I’d known our last video was going to reach over 1.2 million views, I most definitely would have waited until we were settled into our new workshop before posting it! 😂

Trying to keep on top of enquiries, estimates and production, whilst training new staff and setting up the new premises all at the same time, has been challenging to say the least!

The response from the last video has been absolutely incredible and, if I’m completely honest, we’re still working our way through everything that came from it. We really do appreciate everyone’s patience.

There is so much that we want to share with you all over the coming weeks, but in the meantime, take a look at this Ferrari 512 TR, which we recently had the pleasure of working on directly at the client’s location.

I’ve been lucky enough to see some pretty incredible cars and collections over the years, but this client has, without doubt, the biggest and most impressive private collection I’ve ever seen.

Sitting amongst this incredible collection is this Ferrari 512 TR, which he has owned from new and has covered just 2,000 miles!

Now, with its freshly refinished interior, I’m confident in saying that it has to be up there with one of the finest examples in the world.

These are just a handful of the components from a Ferrari we’ve recently completed a full interior restoration on.

When the car first arrived, I wasn’t convinced by the Grigio Scuro interior. It looked quite plain—but in fairness, every switch and trim piece was covered in the dreaded sticky coating.

Now that everything has been restored, I absolutely love it. The grey and black complement each other perfectly, and it’s a really nice change from the black-on-black interiors we see so often.

Proof that sometimes it’s not the colour that’s the problem .. it’s simply years of wear hiding how good it was meant to look.

When I asked the owner what he was most looking forward to, I expected something about the V12.

Instead, he said:

“Being able to turn the heating on.”

Looking back at the state of the HVAC panel when it arrived, it was probably the most sensible answer he could have given. 😂

The Ferrari Enzo is definitely one of them.

You start thinking about things you normally wouldn’t even give a second thought to - every texture, every edge, every tiny detail suddenly feels important when the car in front of you carries this much history and significance.
