Sunday break down this was, the car was running lumpy then wouldn't start when I arrived, no real need for the Autel but gave it a full diagnostic scan as standard.

Customer had added petrol to the tank instead of diesel.

This Ford Transit Custom 2.2 Came in with no power stuck in limp mode barely able to do its job.

We diagnosed with a blocked DPF caused by multiple sensor issues, the DPF had been cleaned recently, we found the best permanent solution to the problem and applied it too the van, the issue will never happen again.

The van was back to work the very next day with all its power back doing its job and making our customer his money.

Our solution saved the customer over £800 in estimated repair bills and much more in lost time.
