🚗 DPF & EGR Delete Completed – More Work To Follow ✅

This one was originally booked in for a Hardcut Limiter, EGR Delete & DPF Delete.

Once we carried out our checks, we found a tuning box fitted which was also causing an air mass issue. The DPF had already been physically emptied, so we were able to complete the DPF and EGR software delete today.

⚠️ Because of the tuning box and the air mass issue it was causing, we left the Hardcut Limiter for now rather than risk creating further problems.

The customer will be removing the tuning box and once that’s done, we’ll be back to finish the remaining work. 👍

Sometimes the right thing to do is stop, sort the underlying issue and come back to finish the job properly.

🚐 Peugeot Partner – AdBlue Removal Completed ✅

We’d previously completed the AdBlue removal on this Partner, but after the vehicle went in for a software update, the ECU was overwritten and the AdBlue solution was wiped.

The customer got back in touch and we carried out the AdBlue removal again at a reduced price, as the original work had already been completed by us. 👍

✅ AdBlue system disabled
✅ No more AdBlue warnings/countdown
✅ Vehicle back on the road
✅ Reduced repeat-work price

⚠️ Worth remembering: dealer/garage software updates can overwrite previous ECU modifications, including AdBlue, EGR, DPF and remap software.

Our main phone will now be on Sleep Mode over the weekends, as we generally don’t work weekends unless it’s an emergency call-out. I’ve got a busy house and family is number one. Working days are Monday-Friday.

📅 Mondays & Tuesdays are usually fully booked, so please book ahead where possible.

🤖 If we don’t answer, please speak to our AI assistant. It can take your details, arrange your preferred day/time, and notify us of your booking request.

☎️ Callback times:
Callbacks will not be made between Friday 5pm and Monday 9am.

🚨 Genuine emergency call-outs — such as AdBlue countdown/non-start or severe DPF issues — can still be dealt with where possible.
