Harley Davidson 121 VVT engine mapping.
This is a new platform for Harley know as the Generation 2 Milwaukee -Eight (M8).
Certainly a long winded name .
Dynojet are now there with their latest ECU rewriting software,and it works exceptionally well.
I've done a couple now and the results are big . 153 ft/lbs of torque 😮 and 130 bhp ,It's all done on the stock ECU ,so no third party ecu's involved .
Give me a shout if you've got one of these monsters and you want to unleash it's real power .

Just completed my first remap on a 2025 Harley Davidson Street Ultra Glide .Until now we did not have any strategies available for the latest generation 2 Harleys . Dynojet released their latest platform at the beginning of July for the 2023 > models

On board footage of Tom Morgan from Harewood Speed Hillclimb last weekend.Tom`s run was in slippery, inclement conditions and he looks to have mastered them beautifully.The driveability of the awesome GSX-R 1053 L7 looks superb in these incredibly difficult conditions 💪

Something simple but satisfying, the latest euro 5 bikes ( not all but some ) have a catalyst heating strategy .This makes the engine run fast at warm up but with a lot of ignition retardation. The result is a noisy and not very nice start up cycle ,made even worse if the stock exhaust/ cat has been removed. Anyway today with help from the guys over in Italy,we have found the relevant address in the ECU file and are now able to turn off the cat heating strategy.
So my customer now has a bike that starts nicely and to boot while I was in the ECU I changed a couple of settings and he has a bit more all round performance , perfecto 😁

A quick look back at Steve Broughtons engine on the Dyno last year . This is a particularly special example of a Hayabusa .
After many discussions about which way to go with this 1441 was decided upon . Gen 1 crankcases, gen two crank ,CNC gen two head ,Omega slipper pistons ,Sainz con rods , titanium valves with springs made for the required rpm we were looking for Drive By Wire SBD Motorsport Ltd throttle bodies and to control it all the MBE 9A9 ECU also supplied by SBD Motorsport .
The result was 13000 rpm and 260 bhp @ the rear wheel,yes 260 at the tyre .
This year Steve has been racing in the British Sprint championship and has taken numerous victories ,it's not just down to the power unit though,Steve has been driving extremely well but I'm sure the power helps 😁

Video from Loton Park last weekend, Tom Morgan giving it everything in his Empire Evo .The package of Tom and the Empire just keeps getting better . Tom and his dad Steve are running one of our complete GSX-R L7 kits ,ECU , GCU ,dash display the complete kit . Tom just keeps getting quicker every time out and Steve is keeping him on his toes 😁

I have up for sale a GSX-R 1000 L7> package .

Engine refreshed with only Dyno test mileage on it . Upgrade clutch for car install , solid gearbox shiftshafts with water pump delete .
Our coil pack and pair valve plates fitted .
There is no sump pan.
Air box and throttle bodies including our velocity stacks .
Full wiring harness including starter relay and master relay , exactly the same harness as is fitted to all the cars already running our package .It includes the harness for launch and traction but no wheel speed harness .
GBC system so that's air pump, air accumulator,shift ram and shift arm plus shift solenoids but no steering wheel paddles.
MBE 9A9 ECU fully configured to run the package with all the latest features and strategies .
