Nice little upgrade on this Mazda MX5.

The customer come in having just purchased the vehicle and the stereo needed a little update from the 2000’s Sony unit.

Upon initial inspection, the front left speaker wasn’t working, neither were the stereo no wheel controls.

We replaced the unit with a Modern Kenwood DMX 7722DABS. The unit has DAB, wireless Apple Car play / Android auto, handsfree and so much more….

Once installed, we managed to get the steering wheel controls functioning, a new DAB aerial was installed and finally the door speakers were replaced with another good used set.

We wish the customer all the best with their new car, what a difference and facelift the new unit has made.

This is Complete Washrooms first fully electric van to join their growing fleet. The New Kia PV5 is definitely a marmite vehicle. Do you love it or hate it ?

We love it, and this one was racked out to suit the companies needs.

This is a bespoke design, designed especially for the end user and they have the same layout on all their vehicles, no matter the size or shape. Meaning they have full fleet continuity.

We also installed a low profile Flettner vent to the roof, to help extract the dirty washroom smells.

This was the first of 2 identical vehicles completed this week. More to come…

Another van secured with Van Guard Accessories Ltd cab and load area hook style deadlocks.

This was a returning repeat customer we are glad we could help out to secure.

The deadlocks carry the sold secure gold standard and act as a very good visual and physical deterrent. This is the first level of security to add to any LCV.

This brand new Ford Ranger Tremor was completed this week.

It was treated to a Real Truck roller shutter (Mountain Top Industries). It was also fitted with an ARB bed liner and a Tow-Trust Towbars Ltd Towbar with 13 pin dedicated electrics.

The vehicle was programmed so it recognised when a trailer was connected and active all the vehicle safety systems.

We also type approved the vehicle to say it had the Towbar installed. This is a legal requirement as set by the Government for unregistered vehicles. It ensures full traceability and quality control of the safety critical part that is a Towbar. We are able to do this as we hold N2 Enhancement status. Something we are very proud of. Regular audits are carried out to ensure the strict regulations and processes are adhered too.

We are the only N2 enhancement centre in the local area that is able to complete these type of installs.

Another van completed for a local company.

This new Toyota Proace was fitted with bespoke wooden racking, Van Guard Accessories Ltd roof bars and rear roller system, and secured utilising their hook style deadlocks.

An example of some of the bespoke racking we can design, cut, assemble and install.

This is designed by our in house CNC programmer who designs the racking according to the customers needs. She then programmes the machine to cut the material and finally assembles the product for one of our technicians to install.
