Probably the world’s quickest air-drying Clearcoat that combines excellent flow-out and gloss retention with ease of blending out and polishing, if required. With its outstanding drying performance of 30 minutes at 20ºC*, its ease of application, and water-clear finish when cured, this Clearcoat is one of the most ideal products for all SMART repair applications and environments.

XPRESS305’s UV resistance tests (2,000 hours in accordance with Weather-Ometer® (WOM) Atlas Ci-65 test) resulted in no cracking or loss of adhesion, as well as greater than 90% gloss retention!

Drying time Standard
Air dry @ 20ºC 30 - 40 mins
Flash Off Time 5 mins
Polishable 30 - 40 mins

Infra-Red curing 4 mins
Pot Life 15 - 20 mins @ 20ºC

*NOTE: After Infra-Red curing, allow to cool down before polishing
