Due to unforseen circumstances the garage will be closed Monday. We have decided to give the team a well earned break so they can enjoy the euro final sunday with plenty of beers and not have to worry about work the next day. Enterprise Autos an accredited MOT assessment Centre located in Paulsgrove Portsmouth are looking to appoint a friendly and professional individual to serve as our company’s front desk receptionist.

Main Responsibilities to include:
Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or contacting us by phone, email or social media.
Scheduling appointments for our assessors and mechanics.
Create and issue invoices - Experience of Xero accounting software is desirable.
Responsibility for payment of supplier invoices.
Receiving and managing deliveries and post.
Providing administration task including accounting data entry as requested.
Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and inviting.

Skills required:
Experience of working in a customer service environment
Computer proficiency – Experience of Xero preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently.
