Called out to a Mini Cooper with running problems.
We carried out a Diagnostic code read, fault codes stored was miss fire on cylinder 3.
We checked the spark plugs and recommended to the customer they needed new spark plugs and a new coil pack on cylinder 3.
Also checked the oil and coolant level and both were low.
Topped the oil level up and coolant level.
Customer was happy for us to replace the spark plugs and coil pack.
Once fitted the new parts we cleared the codes and car was running much better.
Another happy customer.
