And it's that time of Year again and my page updates were significantly lacking last Year for which I apologise.

A huge thank you to all of my customers who continue to support me and share my details with friends and family.

Once again I have passed the Approved Workshop assessment for 2023 which means I can service all types of caravan, both new under warranty and used.

My diary is booking up quickly so if you need an appointment then message this page, email me or ring me and I'll get you booked in.

Firstly a huge thank you for all your custom over the last 12 months, it really is appreciated in such difficult and unprecedented times.

As the festivities end and we head into a New Year I know lots of you will be looking to book your touring holidays in so please make sure you book your caravan services and motorhome habitation checks in early. I had to disappoint a number of people last year who tried to book last minute appointments. My calendar fills up really quickly. I still have a few appointments left for January but not many!!

I continue to be a registered mobile workshop under the Approved Workshop Scheme recognised by all UK Caravan & Motorhome manufacturers.

I look forward to seeing you in 2022.

Firstly Happy New Year to you all although not how many of us wanted to start the Year with another lockdown.

Just to keep you all updated I continue to work as an Approved Workshop assessed mobile service engineer as I cannot work from home.

I have however reduced the number of appointments.

I wear appropriate PPE and the entire service and payment process can be without contact.

I'm aware that many of the Caravan dealers are closed and cancelling appointments so if you require a service under warranty please get in touch 🙂

We are currently hearing from Customers who are due their Annual Service and concerned about what to do during the Coronavirus restrictions.

Please do not worry.

We understand that the restrictions currently in place may affect your ability to present your vehicle for a pre-booked annual habitation service.

During this period, we will not penalise our Customers for a late service, provided that the service is carried out as soon as possible once the situation is resolved.

You do not need to contact our Customer Care team to rearrange. Please liaise with your Service Agent to reschedule.

In the meantime, we want you and your family to stay safe and look forward to future motorhome and caravan adventures.

In the midst of this Covid-19 pandemic I can assure all my customers that it is business as usual for G & C Caravans.

I will still be attending the appointments booked. I will be wearing gloves throughout and maintaining regular hand washing between appointments.

The appointment can be completely non contact if preferred. Simply ensure I can gain access to your caravan and I will complete the work and return any keys and paperwork through your letterbox or leave them in the caravan. Payment can be made by bank transfer to avoid cash or cheque transactions.

My next available appointments are currently in May / June.

I'm sorry this page has been quiet this Year but I have been super busy!! I will try harder to keep you more updated. I am on my gas re-qualification course for the next few days. I have a few appointments left in 2019 but my 2020 diary is now open and already appointments are being booked up quickly so please book your caravan services in to avoid disappointment 😊

G & C Caravans are proud to confirm we passed our assessment and will continue to be an Approved Mobile Workshop for 2019.

The 2019 diary is already filling up fast as we are also contracting for a couple of large dealerships next year so please book early to avoid disappointment and to ensure your services are done in time to avoid warranty lapses.

Lastly we would really like to thank all our customers for supporting us throughout 2018. We wish you a very Merry Christmas and will hopefully see you in the New Year 😊
