Owen’s RS4 was in for a suspension upgrade, the DRC system had seen better days with corroded and leaking hard lines and weeping shocker absorbers.

We fitted KW V3’s set 15mm lower than factory ride height and an 034 motorsport rear anti roll bar with new drop links.

Excellent combination for fast road and track use!

We had this 8V S3 in for some performance modifications. The customer had gathered all the parts ready to go stage 2.

Racingline turbo muffler delete ✅
Cobra sports cat downpipe ✅
Racingline intake elbow ✅
DO88 intercooler ✅
NGK Race plugs ✅

We finished these modifications off with one of our custom catback systems, perfect 👌🏻

We had this lovely C6 RS6 in for a service and inspection.

This also got an uprated JXB propshaft mount to replace the tired OE item.

We had this low mileage B7 RS4 Cab in for a service and lots of maintenance work. This looks like it had been sat for a long while which is never great for these cars.

After the initial inspection we had also been given a list of faults with the car to work through. The service work was carried out followed by repairs which included:

☑️Refurbished calipers and new hoses
☑️Front Brembo discs and pads
☑️New engine mounts
☑️Replacement starter motor
☑️Inlet carbon clean and deflap
☑️Full front suspension arm replacement
☑️Wheel bearings
☑️Inner and outer track rods

A health check and fresh tank of fuel finished this job off nicely. Needless to say this RS4 should drive like a new car now!

We had this B9 RS4 in recently for a health check along with stage 1 ECU and TCU MRC software and performance high flow filter fitting.

Great improvements on this platform boasting gains of up 520ps and 770nm on 99ron fuel over the stock 450ps and 600nm of torque.

This B9 S4 came in for a health check, service and inspection.

Typically this had near full service history but at 70k the air filter was the original item!! The pollen filter was also over 5 years old, both in a state.

We also found the common PCV hose check valve had failed so a new replacement hose was fitted.

We recently had this RSQ3 in to diagnose an oil usage and smoking issue. This was a low mileage example with full service history.

We started with some In depth diagnostics which led us to confirm the valve stem oil seals on the exhaust ports were leaking.

A full strip down and cylinder head inspection and service was carried out. Genuine seals and gaskets with new chain, tensioner and guides fitted. An oil and coolant flush finished this job off nicely ready for many more miles.

We had Ben’s Golf R in recently for some stage 2 hardware modifications.

A replacement flywheel and Sachs clutch was fitted to cope with the extra torque along with an uprated intercooler to manage intake temps. We fitted a larger down pipe with sports cat to finish the stage 2 modification requirements ready for the upgraded software.

We also carried out a haldex service to keep on top of the maintenance schedule.

We had Nick’s Imola B5 RS4 in for 3” down pipes and a 3.5” cat back system fabricating.

We previously fabricated the same system for him on his Nogaro blue B5 RS4, what a pair of iconic RS4’s!

These systems unleash the full potential of the car, both cars are stage 3 with hybrid turbos capable of 600+ bhp. Bring the noise!
