ADO Restoration is part of ADO Equipment Ltd, and offers full vehicle restorations for your classic. From a complete strip down and rebuild, to single panel replacement. Open Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Later evenings and weekends upon appointment.

Beetle mid-job progress update!

After an accident, this much-loved Beetle was looking a little sad and after a schedule of works, Rita is now ready for paint.

Lots of great work by ADO’s Andi and with a classic Beetle as his daily driver, he’s certainly had a soft spot for this job!

We will give you a final update on Rita once she’s back from paint, we’re excited to see her looking shiny again.

There was some brilliant stuff on display at Rustival this weekend!

If you’ve not been before, the entry criteria is ‘all wheels are welcome’ and it’s refreshing to see a show welcome enthusiasts of all marques.

Andi and Blaine in our team made the trophies for the event and in keeping with the ethos of the event and our personal crusade against needless waste, the trophies were made from broken parts and scrap!

AC Dodd is coming back to ADO Restoration, Halifax – April 2027

On 9th, 10th and 11th April, Adrian from AC Dodd Tuning will be at our Halifax garage tuning cars fitted with SU carbs, both single and twin!

Pricing (this is tune only – does not include cost of any parts needed):

Cars fitted with single SU carb - £165+VAT
Cars fitted with twin SU carbs - £330+VAT

If you’re booking an appointment for twin carbs, you’ll need a wideband gauge fitted, which our team can do in advance of your appointment.
