Another Rustival done and dusted and these are the only photos I took but there’s a video landing this morning (Sunday).
Now before that, let me try and thank everyone!
In no particular order, here’s some of the brilliant people who make it happen:
The marshal team (museum and volunteers!), the stage bus team, the museum staff including kitchen, catering and cleaning teams who make the hidden bits happen, the museum team who ensure we have a plethora of exciting bits to look at indoors and of course, the big event cheese himself, Tom Caren. The only man who can lay a driveway and text you back about a risk assessment at the same time 😂
I’d also like to say an enormous thank you to Becca from Passenger Seat Podcast who did a fantastic job of being main stage host and presenter. It was her first time and she was brilliant, really thoughtful and had the same upbeat energy from the first minute to the last.
It also goes without saying there’s a big thank for every guest (stage and stand), the people who helped out with various bits like Friendship Corner on the day, people who offered a hand of friendship before the big day to encourage nervous people to come solo and every single person who visited and brought themselves and a beloved vehicle.
I’d also like to thank my partner, my family who ran the stand (my trio of young ladies did a fab job with running sales!) and my friends. I didn’t feel I was well enough for Rustival and they all made it possible with their support, thanks huns.
