Ford Kuga… now sold 🤝

A huge thank you to Chris who collected this stunning Kuga from us yesterday! 😮‍💨🔥👌

Chris first emailed us on Monday after getting let down by a well known national “buy from home” online car buying service.

Thankfully he was able to request a full refund and felt grateful that it could have been a lucky escape having since read some of their reviews! 🫣

Chris fell in love with our Kuga as soon as he saw it on Tuesday, and knowing he was now without a vehicle we did all we could to get him in it as quickly as possible while maintaining our high standards and attention to detail.

We were able to get it serviced, arrange new MOT, have a couple of tyres fitted, and even a final valet all ready for collection yesterday despite the return of the rain! (Although this did give Chris the perfect excuse to avoid being in this photo! 🤣)

Another car successfully sourced… 🤝

It’s always an honour when a repeat customer asks us to help source another vehicle, and even more so when they are very close friends of ours. 😊

However Luke and Rachael approached us with some very specific requirements, meaning things weren’t going to be simple.

Searching for a 7 seater on its own can be a challenge, often very sought after and in demand, can mean they’re hard to come by in the first place. With their immense practicality these multi-purpose vehicles are often the ones that can get “used and abused” too, so finding one that would meet our standards wasn’t going to be easy… Add to that it needed to be a Petrol, Automatic, a specific trim level, a dark colour and all within budget, we had our work cut out! 🤯🤣🫣

It took us a few weeks, but we got there and struck gold when we found this Touran that ticked pretty much all the boxes and should make the perfect family car! 🤩

(…and also looks like it would be the perfect vehicle to take on a lads golfing weekend away 😜⛳️🍻)

Yet more proof that some cars are just worth travelling for… as Kelly and Marcus made a 7 hour round trip from Cornwall to collect this stunning A Class yesterday! 👏

Kelly contacted us last week to initially enquire about our Mercedes.

After several conversations, viewing a detailed walk around video of the car, and reading so many of our 5 star reviews, Kelly was confident enough to reserve the car unseen.

This allowed us to fully prepare it to be driven away on the same day as viewing it for the first time yesterday…

Happy New Car Day to Emma!! 🥳🤩

We were lucky enough to be introduced to Emma and her partner last week through a mutual friend, to see if we could help in their search for a new car.

Although they weren't 100% sure on what they were after and had several options in mind, they came to see us to take a look at our Hyundai Tucson.

After leaving us under no pressure at all they went on to look at some alternatives elsewhere but found nothing compared, and just led them back to our Hyundai.

We have been able to get a new MOT carried out, as well as a full service and final valet, all within a few days to have it all ready for them to drive away today!

It has been an absolute pleasure to meet you both and we really appreciate you putting your trust in us and supporting our small business. We hope you enjoy the Hyundai and are so pleased such a nice car has gone to an appreciative new home!
