What really is annoying, we are a small business and work on an appointment basis only, however in the last few days 4 clients haven't turned up to appointments, and was made to suit the times that they wanted, can we ask if its not to much trouble if you can't attend then that fine but it is courteous to let us know rather than us just sit and wait for you not to turn up (ask yourself the question would you like to work for potentially 4 hours and not get paid for it!?)
