Today we met what only can be described as angels in disguise, Ken and Cath from the Grimsby Food Kitchen who work hard for FREE alongside numerous volunteers to help, support and feed our hungry and vulnerable people.
I have followed their story for quite some time and feel humbled by the work and service they offer to our community, we at Instant Car Buyer feel compelled and committed to helping the cause by offering a monthly donation each month for 6 months of £500 which can also be added to by anyone that feels they want to donate, any amount great or small would be greatly received.
Instant Car Buyer also run a Referal scheme for our business for people to recommend new clients to us, for this if we buy the vehicle in question we send them £50 as a thank you for the much appreciated business, and it is something that is successful and works for us, in addition to the £500 a month donation during our campaign if someone comes to us and uses the code when they arrive FOOD 50 and we buy the vehicle, we will donate a further £50 each time to the cause.
All businesses do some kind of advertising which we have to pay for either via local adverts or on social media platforms, so this idea of ours will hopefully go some way to help the kitchen look after our own.
The government we are faced with today it seems have forgotten about the less fortunate and vulnerable in our towns and cities and instead choose to squander our hard earned income mostly on lost causes.
Personally in my early years I grew up on the Nunsthorpe and Grange estates and in my later teen years on the East Marsh, I have to say sometimes it was hard, we didn't have a lot but what we had we shared, one thing we did have was morals and respect something that money couldn't buy we helped each other and we looked after our own, something the people of the Grimsby and surrounding areas have always done.
We have been fortunate in our working life and have a successful business backed up by 5 star reviews as we treat all our customers with the respect they deserve as Instant Car Buyer and as our umbrella company Gilmore Holdings Ltd.
