```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks and repairs around the premises. The ideal candidate will be an eager individual with a strong background in general maintenance, possess excellent organisation skills, and be able to work independently.

```Duties:```
- Perform basic routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs. (preferred)
- Help with incoming deliveries.
- Reorganisation of stock in our warehouse.
- Routine stock control.
- Cleaning Common areas such as the shop, toilets, warehouse and our yard.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication

Full driving licence preferred.

Forklift licence preferred.

Salary: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
