🌍 International Freight Forwarder Apprenticeships (Level 3) 🌍

We're excited to be working with a brand-new client in Basildon who is looking to recruit 2-3 ambitious apprentices to kick-start their career in the world of international logistics and freight forwarding!

💼 Role: International Freight Forwarder Level 3 📍 Basildon ⏰ Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:15pm 🍽️ 1-hour unpaid lunch break ✅ 36.25 hours per week 🎓 Gain a nationally recognised Level 3 International Freight Forwarding Specialist Apprenticeship

What will you learn?

As an Export Customer Service Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of global freight and logistics, including:

✅ Supporting customers with international shipments ✅ Learning about export documentation and customs procedures ✅ Tracking shipments across global transport networks ✅ Coordinating with customers, overseas offices, carriers and service providers ✅ Managing shipment records and internal systems ✅ Assisting with bookings and resolving customer queries ✅ Building valuable administration, communication and problem-solving skills

🌟 GOOD MORNING EVERYONE — WHAT A WEEK! 🌟

We hope you’ve all had a fantastic week and are looking forward to a well-deserved weekend! 🙌

It’s been another incredibly busy and successful week for our learners, with more people progressing through their training, passing their theory tests and successfully completing their Module 3a reversing — with 100% of our learners passing! 🚛👏

But the exciting news doesn’t stop there…

💰 We’ve been awarded additional funding to support even more LGV licences, giving us the opportunity to help more people gain new skills, build confidence and, most importantly, move into sustainable employment and life-changing careers.

None of this would be possible without the continued support of our amazing partner, Essex County Council. 🤝❤️

And there’s even more exciting news — we now have a national employer on board who is actively looking to recruit newly qualified LGV drivers! 🚛💼

This is exactly why we do what we do — changing lives, opening doors and creating real employment opportunities.

🚛 Another Amazing Week of Success! 🎉

Hello everyone! 👋

We hope you’ve all had a fantastic week!

It’s been another busy and hugely successful week across both our Essex and Midlands driving schools. 🚛💨

We’ve had learners pass their LGV1 first time, with just one minor between them — absolutely fantastic results! 👏👏

We’ve also had learners successfully complete their Module 3a and Module 4, getting themselves ready for their tests next week. 💪

But the most amazing part of the week has to be our learners moving straight into employment! 🙌

🔥 One learner secured a contract of employment less than 24 hours after passing their LGV1!

🔥 Another has already secured an interview!

This is exactly why we do what we do — helping people build careers, change their lives and create opportunities for the future. ❤️

And the work doesn’t stop there!

We’re incredibly proud to have placed two of our learners into International Freight Forwarding positions, and they’re both really looking forward to starting their new careers. 📦🌍✈️

Both businesses are looking to work with us to bring in newly qualified LGV drivers, and we’re also in discussions about taking on apprentices across both Essex and the Midlands.

This is exactly what we’re working towards — creating real opportunities, real careers and real pathways into the logistics industry for our learners. 🚛💨

🤝 NEW EMPLOYER PARTNERSHIP — RAINHAM, ESSEX

We’ve had a fantastic meeting with a new employer in Rainham, Essex, who is keen to work with the college to help bring through the next generation of LGV drivers.

What makes this partnership really exciting is their approach. They don’t just want learners to pass the DVSA test — they want to spend time developing real-world commercial reversing skills, making sure new drivers understand how to reverse safely and confidently in an actual working environment. 🚛💪

That’s going to be massive for our learners and give them valuable experience that goes beyond simply passing a test.

They’re also looking at recruiting our “Warehouse to Wheels” Apprenticeships — a route that is fast becoming one of our most popular programmes! 📦➡️🚛

It’s a fantastic way to get your foot in the door, learn the logistics business from the ground up and work towards becoming an LGV driver.

🚛 BIG NEWS – A FANTASTIC CAREER OPPORTUNITY IS COMING! 🚛

We’ve just had a fantastic meeting with a major haulage company based in Rainham, and they’re excited to launch our Warehouse to Wheels Apprenticeship!

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in logistics. You’ll:

✅ Earn while you learn
✅ Start by learning the warehouse side of the business
✅ Be supported and invested in by an experienced employer
✅ Progress onto an LGV Class 1 Apprenticeship once you’ve successfully completed the programme

This employer wants to develop talent from the ground up, giving someone the chance to grow into a professional HGV driver while gaining valuable experience every step of the way.

📅 We’re meeting with them on Tuesday 11th August to finalise the details.
