Another one saved was in a barn for almost 30yrs last on the road 1997. This is a 1985 kawasaki gpz1000rx. Just had a full ultrasonic carb clean , all fluids changed new air filter and oil and filter, new battery, and runs sweet, still some jobs left to do new tyres forks seals and brakes stripping and cleaning

Kawasaki ZX-9R Engine Case Repair

​I recently took in a Kawasaki ZX-9R engine with damaged crankcases. The cases had been previously welded, but they were still leaking; initially, it was thought that the joining sealant was the culprit.
​However, after removing the lower case, I discovered a significant crack that the previous repair had missed. I sent it out to my specialist, who successfully rebuilt the damaged corner, saving the customer the cost of a full replacement.
​The engine is now back together with brand-new gaskets and seals, ready for the customer to collect and refit.

2018 Triumph street triple 765 with only 22k that needed replacement engine after the old engine had a catastrophic failure all 4 valve snapped on cylinder 1, I've not taken look into this why myself.
Customer found a replacement engine which had only done 7k for me to replace
He also informed me the mot had run out and could I get that sorted for him aswell

Nice little baby blade 1995 honda cbr400rr nc29 done some work on the carbs before now back in for new set of road 6's, chain kit and fork seals one leg for nice and easy the other was a Knightmere having to drill out the bolt holding the damper in place.

Kawasaki er6 that was stolen and luckily found with minor damage, I've just fitted a replacement lockset , top yoke, and repaired the set fixing. The bike is still missing a couple of panels, but the customer can now use her bike again

I recovered a zx6r in the other day that cut out on him. I drained some fuel out from his tank to find loads of water he also filled up from a local bp station

When you go to replace the front spocket on a zx10r and the last person makes it easier by not fitting the retaining nut 😬😬😬

I recovered this lexmoto michigan a couple of weeks ago after he had broken down. No compression, no oil!
Yesterday, I had to fit a replacement engine and took the old engine apart to see what damage had been done. What a mess. Note to customer check your oil.
