Yet another lovely Porsche, but this time a slightly older G-Series in classic 80’s White!😉 In fact this was a very late registered version in 1989 and a crossover to the 964 model which was released the same year. So the brief from the customer was he wanted to get the White paint to shine as he’d had it detailed some years back by someone else, but he said it didn’t really shine afterwards.🤦🏻‍♂️ Anyway, after using a specific medium cut compound for hard German paint, with my go to Purple Scholl polishing pad, I and the customer where very happy with the results and this time, I definitely got it to shine! Hopefully you can see that in the photos, but do zoom in to see a greater effect. We also added a 3 Year Ceramic Coating to give it another 20% on the gloss front and to help protect it as it deserves!😊

A few pics of a Porsche 964 that needed a fair amount of TLC to bring it back to life and give it some sparkle again. This example received a 2 stage paint enhancement to remove a vast majority of the swirls and scratches and reveal the beautiful black paintwork underneath. Post the enhancement, it was treated to a ceramic coating to help keep it looking like this for another 2 years. Just a quick photo from last Sunday’s ‘Safe Wash Day’ at our Penman Detailing facility . This was primarily for the members of Surrey and Sussex region for TIPEC (The Independent Porsche Enthusiasts Club), but also welcomed a couple from their Hampshire region too. It focuses on best practice when washing your vehicle after it’s been detailed and ceramic coated. Thank you to all who attended the 2 hour workshop and hope you took home a few hints and tips to build into your wash process.🙏🏻😊

Sorry peeps. Been away on hols and refrained from posting for the last two weeks.😉 Anyway, here is a very well kept Jaguar XF that came through the unit just prior to my break for a single stage polish and my favourite wax protection option, courtesy of Alchemy’s ‘Ceramic Wax’, giving a 12 month protection term. It always gives the paintwork such a lovely feel post application and indeed the usual ceramic darkening that really helps a black car pop as we detailers say.😀

Another crazy fast saloon came through the unit recently and although I’m by no means an Alfa Guru, apparently this fancy Green Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio is a real M3 contender with 500 + BHP!😳. It certainly sounded lovely when started.😉
This lovely example was in for a full paint enhancement and a 3 Year Ceramic Coating to both the bodywork and the Alloys, courtesy of Gyeon and Autobead respectively.👍🏻
