One of the more satisfying jobs lately...a BMW 4 series with a blower fault caused by a fault in the LIN which is shared between most of the heater components.
Having carried out some scope testing, we confirmed that the LIN signal was indeed incorrect at multiple components. After isolating several accessible components we were left with either a fault with some inaccessible servo motors, or wiring behind the dash.
With the dashboard removed, we were able to find and repair a very small section of damage in some of the LIN wiring for a servo motor.
All rebuilt and working correctly with no parts required. 👍

We will be closed on Monday 2nd and Tuesday 3rd of June but back to normal from the Wednesday.

As Christmas rapidly approaches, we would like to thank all of our customers and friends for the continued support throughout the year.

We will be closed from 22nd December and reopen on 2nd January.
We are fully booked for next week and our diary is already starting to fill up for when we're back.
