Just a couple of our recent jobs -

A nice Range Rover with both front electric seats not working.
No communications with front seat modules due to a missing power supply. Fuse replaced and found intermittent high current draw from NSF seat. Seat stripped down and wiring fault found and repaired - both seats now working correctly with no parts required.

Not so good news for a non-start Astra today.
Communication and power supply issues traced to a coolant damaged BCM caused by a leaking heater matrix. 😢

We are now closed for a week's holiday - we are back to work on Wednesday 29th July.

One of the more satisfying jobs lately...a BMW 4 series with a blower fault caused by a fault in the LIN which is shared between most of the heater components.
Having carried out some scope testing, we confirmed that the LIN signal was indeed incorrect at multiple components. After isolating several accessible components we were left with either a fault with some inaccessible servo motors, or wiring behind the dash.
With the dashboard removed, we were able to find and repair a very small section of damage in some of the LIN wiring for a servo motor.
All rebuilt and working correctly with no parts required. 👍

We will be closed on Monday 2nd and Tuesday 3rd of June but back to normal from the Wednesday.
