Early Model S packs suffer from Isolation issues, the most likely cause is moisture in the pack. We pressure test the pack and trace the leak. Weve tested 2 packs in 2 days, its now time to put up a big tent to bake them and dehumidify them. We will do this for 1 week, testing the isolation figure every day until were satisfied its ready to be sealed up good and tight.
