🔧 We’re looking for an Aftersales Parts & Service Advisor to join our Glastonbury team

Business is growing, and we need another pair of hands on our team 🙌

This is a dual role with a strong parts focus. It suits someone who knows parts processes inside out and has a solid Technician or technical background to match.

What you’ll be doing:

✅ Parts ordering, pricing VHCs, pre-picking, returns and stock control
✅ Looking after customers in person, over the phone and online
✅ Taking bookings, keeping customers updated and invoicing
✅ Planning ahead so jobs run smoothly through the workshop

What we’re looking for:

✔️ Experience with automotive parts processes (Partslink and/or manufacturer systems)
✔️ Mechanical knowledge and experience
✔️ A friendly, organised team player who’s great with customers
