Another day, another Audi in for AdBlue system failures and persistent NOx sensor errors. These models are notorious for dashboard warnings that eventually lead to a "No Start" countdown, leaving owners facing massive main dealer repair bills.

The customer had been struggling with constant faults despite the tank being topped up. After a full diagnostic, it was clear the NOx sensors and a faulty pump harness was root of the problem. Rather than chasing expensive replacements that often fail again, we applied our custom AdBlue and NOx solution.

The result is a car that is back to being 100% reliable, with no more pings and no more countdowns hanging over the driver’s head. It’s a permanent fix that saves a fortune in "trial and error" parts at the garage.

This Vauxhall Astra was in with us for a custom Stage 1 remap and a start/stop delete. The customer had been finding the car increasingly sluggish when picking up speed and was frustrated by the engine shutting down every time they reached a set of lights. It’s a common complaint—factory settings often prioritise theoretical emissions over a smooth, responsive drive.

After applying our custom Stage 1 software and deactivating the start/stop system, the car felt completely transformed. The throttle response is now much sharper, and the annoying interruptions at junctions are a thing of the past. It’s no longer a struggle to pull away; the power delivery is smooth, consistent, and exactly where it should be.

This Jaguar F-Pace 300 Sport Edition was in with us for the dreaded AdBlue failure. The customer was already aware that this is a common issue with these models and had been half-expecting it to happen sooner or later. Once the AdBlue counter appeared and refused to be reset, they gave us a call to get it sorted properly.

We performed a full diagnostic and confirmed the typical culprit: a complete AdBlue pump failure. Rather than putting the customer through the stress and massive expense of replacing components that are prone to failing again, we applied our custom AdBlue software solution.

This F-Pace is now back on the road, fault-free, saving the customer ££££ in the process. No more countdowns and no more "Non-Start" warnings. Just a high-spec Jag performing exactly how it should.

This 2021 Audi A5 came in looking extremely clean, but the owner had a common complaint—it felt sluggish and lifeless for a 2.0L Diesel. Despite the premium look, the factory drive was leaving a lot to be desired. We started by running some live data logs, which confirmed exactly what the customer was feeling; there was definitely significant room for improvement in how the power was being delivered.

After writing our custom Stage 1 map, the customer took the car for a test drive. The improvements were immediately noticeable, with the car feeling much more responsive and shifting through the gears far more effectively. It’s no longer just a good - looking A5; it now has the performance to match.

There are many different ways of tuning an ECU, with OBD and Bench being the most common. However, this ME7.5 ended up receiving the full Boot procedure. The customer was originally in for a standard Stage 2 tune with some pops and bangs, but after a bit of a chat, we decided to turn things up a notch and add in some custom Anti-lag.

The results were impressive. The car feels completely transformed, with a much more aggressive delivery and crisp response. Keep your eyes peeled for the video to see exactly how this Stage 2 setup performs. No drama and no inflated numbers - just a properly set up ME7.5 done the right way.

We talk about dealer vs. specialist all the time. This is why.

We had an emergency call-out for a customer stranded at a Bentley main dealer.

The backstory: The car had just undergone a full AdBlue tank replacement.
The bill? £8,500.
The wait? 3 weeks.

You’d expect a perfect car for that investment. Instead, days later, it was back at the dealer with the same AdBlue faults.

This time, the countdown hit 10 miles. The car was effectively a dead weight, and the customer was stuck.

The problem? Bentley had hit a brick wall. They couldn’t reset the system. They couldn’t recalibrate the new pump. Despite the massive invoice, they had no solution left to offer.

We had the pleasure of tuning an exceptionally clean Audi RS3.

Sometimes they come in with pages of faults.
Sometimes they come in needing rescued.
This wasn’t one of those.

The brief was simple — healthy car, sensible gains, done properly.

It flew through the vehicle health check. No hidden surprises. No stored gremlins. Just a solid base to work from. The only thing we picked up? The ECU and DSG were running older software versions. Not a problem, but not ideal either. So before we even thought about tuning, we updated both to the latest factory software - free of charge. If we’re building on it, it’s getting built on the right foundation.

Once everything was up to date, we moved onto the custom Stage 1 ECU and DSG calibration.

The DQ500 gearbox responded beautifully. Fast, decisive shifts. No hesitation. No flare. Just clean, aggressive changes exactly how an RS3 should feel.

On the engine side, we took it from 367bhp to a healthy 420bhp and 620Nm of torque. Strong, smooth, and relentless through the mid-range.

No drama.
No inflated numbers.
Just a properly set up RS3 done the right way.
