We are looking for an office administrator to join our team working in a very busy, expanding and faced paced garage.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service- Greet customers, Answering phone calls, Creating bookings and resolving queries.
Administration- Creating job cards, Logging and Storing accurate customer records and creating invoices
Operational Support- Ordering Parts, managing service reminders and helping with inventory.
Compliance- Ensuring all paperwork is compliant with regulations and stored correctly.
Requirements and Skills:
Experience- Previous experience in a fast paced customer service environment.
Car/ garage related experience preferred but not essential.
Technical Skills- Proficient with various computer systems for booking and invoicing.
Training will be given.
Communication- Strong verbal and written skills for dealing with customers and technicians.
Efficiency- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and organise the workload.
We are looking for somebody with effective downtime management and a can do attitude.
Working Conditions:
Hours - 40 hr week, Mon to Fri (08:30am to 17:30)
Saturday morning overtime is also available.
Location- Office Based
Salary- Competitive and based off of experience.
