BT at its finest. We now have phones & broadband, although both are very poor, so in their wisdom BT have decided to disable the TynesideCoachworks email address and Johns Email address. The only working email we have at the moment is Kath’s ([email protected]). Still waiting for a managers call from that we were assured we’d receive within 24 hours, that was last Tuesday, then this morning we’re promised a call by 10am, still waiting. The only calls we actually receive are from billing as they want to be able to issue invoices!
