Blending: GB Lubricants are one of the oldest specialist blending operations in the UK and are able to provide a complete range of synthetic, semi-synthetic, biodegradable and mineral-based lubricants in-line with the very latest standards and specifications. Our policy is never to use re-refined base oils for our products. We boast a flexible manufacturing and warehouse facility with dedicated filling lines which are subject to continuous re-investment and evaluation. Quality: PAS 99:2006 Integrated Management System incorporating BS EN 9001:2008 (Quality); BS EN 14001:2004 (Environment); and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 (Health & Safety). GB Lubricants also subscribes to the American Petroleum Institute (API) license and certification program, as well as adhering to the ATIEL Code of Practice for developing engine oils. Service: Local and nationwide delivery using our own purpose-built fleet of vans and wagons, capable of delivering small packaged containers, to barrels and bulk. A next day delivery service is also available for emergencies. All of our vehicles are driven by experienced GB Employees and are routed and monitored using sophisticated IT and GPS technology, enabling real time tracking of scheduled deliveries. Technical Support: A comprehensive service is available ranging from Lubricant Surveys, a dedicated Technical Help Desk, Oil Condition Monitoring to on-site Fluid Management. Our team of qualified Chemists are directly involved in Quality Control, as well as Research & Development, constantly liaising with Additive Suppliers and OEMs to keep abreast of market trends and technical advances.
