NOT MY POST! BE CAREFUL 🚫

We paid £15 for a car wash at a very popular car wash Green Street Hartlepool. This ended up with a £100 repair bill afterwards due to the poor workmanship and admitting the product used should of been rinsed faster on a very warm day. 3 visits over a weekend to put right and no luck. Very disappointed with the lack of care taken and the condition the car was left in. Manager asked what we expected for basic wash and go? A basic wash should not result in damage that then costs customers extra money to put right. Unfortunately we won’t be returning and would advise others to check their vehicle carefully after using this service.

Amount of times iv heard this from customers is unbelievable "Thank you so much for actually turning up! The last company I tried to book just cancelled on me last minute or never showed up."

​Unfortunately, over the last few weeks, we haven’t been receiving that same respect in return. We’ve hit a massive wave of last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

​As a small local business, our time is our livelihood. When a slot is booked in, we turn away other paying customers to keep that space open for you.
