DONT BE FOOLED OR WORSE
I am the small grey unit at the end, following recent conversations with my customers who have been accidentally going next door. Sunniside Motors had placed their reception area next to my door so that my customers would go their instead. I can only apologise, Christina is not me, I have done the job over 20 years from apprentice to master tech then to workshop controller and service manager, I am qualified MOT tester, and my work ethic and standards are in a different class to them, as my golden rule is if I wouldn’t recommend parts or repair to my own mother then I wouldn’t treat customers differently.
