There are two double, one single, and one family rooms available at Woodlands house, sleeping up to 12 guests.

Each en-suite room is individually styled and equipped with a hot beverage-making facility, a safe, and a TV.

A full Scottish breakfast is included. The price starts from £120 including VAT

Stay at a Victorian manor house and enjoy the scenic roads of Scotland.

The self-drive tours offered at Woodlands House are the best way to explore the scenic Scottish borders and nearby places. The borders' roads are famous for being amazingly beautiful, scenic, and excellent to drive for those who are fond of driving. There are seven specially chosen epic routes which are all within 200 miles and easily manageable as day trips.

We have a collection of cars that could be hired for self-drive tours, weddings, proms, and other special occasions.

The available cars are Mini Cooper S, BMW X5, Bentley Flying Spur, and McLaren 650s. More cars will be added to the fleet in the near future.
