To all of our customers and local community!! I know I’m a little late posting but rest assured we are well on with growing and raising money!!!!

Please help us to raise money as our staff grow Movembers to help support Magic Moments for Autistic Kids

A little bit about the local charity we will be supporting… Founded in 2002, we are a registered charity set up to help kids on the autistic spectrum and their families. We raise funds so we can turn their dreams into reality, and give them the help and support they need, as well as give help and support to their families. Winners of the prestigious Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service in 2009, we are located on Market Hill, Scunthorpe.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated, please come to the garages to donate and support the lads!!!

We are looking for a new team member to join Goodsir Automotive

As a productive member of the team you will spend time in the Workshop maintaining vehicles to high standards, carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs.

Day to day roles will include:

Use of diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle faults
Testing of parts and systems to ensure correct working· Following checklists to ensure all critical parts of vehicles are examined
Carrying out bumper to bumper overview, service and inspection
Undertaking repair and maintenance of vehicle parts including clutches, gearboxes, tyres, brakes and suspension.
Completion of legible and accurate paperwork for the customers and centres records.
Maintenance of a clean and tidy work environment.
Must Have a full UK driving license

MOT testing qualification not essential. Willing to put right candidate through the course.

Hours Mon-Frid 8-5, Sat 8-12(Optional) Overtime rate from 40 hours

We are looking for a new team member to join Tony Goodsir Commercial Engineers LTD

As a productive member of the team you will spend time in the Workshop maintaining commercial vehicles to high standards, carrying out inspections, repairs and services as per manufacturer guidance.

Day to day roles will include;

Carry out Pre-MOT inspections and repair defects
Undertake standard vehicle/equipment inspections, services, maintenance and repairs.
Accurately diagnose faults
Rectify electrical and mechanical faults.
Accurate completion of inspection sheets and time sheets
Ensure that standards are maintained relative to maintenance/cleanliness of vehicles.
Maintain health and safety standards
Hours can be flexible to suit but opening times Mon-Frid 7-6, Sat 7-12.

**Admin Assistant**

We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to join our growing team! Part time hours across 3 days a week. Role will include general admin duties, answering phones, book keeping, ordering parts and helping where needed. Training will be given. Working across two fast paced garages so general motor trade knowledge preferable but not essential. Pay to be discussed.
