Listen if your husband who owns a wheel repair business can’t repair a little scratch from a TINY Kerb what’s the point in having a husband who owns a WHEEL REPAIR BUSINESS ………………….

This one means a bit more to us.

Our DCR has just cut its 4,000th wheel. 👊

When we first put this machine to work, 4,000 wheels felt a long way off. Since then it’s travelled thousands of miles with us, sat outside countless bodyshops and dealerships, worked through some seriously long days and played a massive part in growing Alloy Wheel Medic into what it is today.

Every one of those 4,000 wheels represents a job, a customer and another step forward for us.

Proud little milestone this one.

Here’s to wheel 5,000. ⚙️

Not every car should be blacked out.

Half of them end up looking like someone discovered eBay at two in the morning.

But this?

This is one of the few where it just works.

Thank you for all of your custom this week, we have seen some absolutely stunning cars !

The ability to adjust the map on the Micro 24 between cuts has completely changed the game for us.

Instead of mindlessly cutting again and again to remove tiny edge imperfections, we can target exactly where more material needs to come off giving us greater control, cleaner results and fewer unnecessary cuts.

Saving material on the wheels for future repairs !

POV: your wheels have checked into the AWM spa 😮‍💨

Up on the Gorrilla stands.
Freshly cut on the Micro 24 CNC.
Glossed up in the Spray & Cure booth.

Then back on the car looking dangerously fresh. 🥶
