We are looking to recruit an automotive Diagnostic Technician
📍 Location: Gaerwen
💷 Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonus + Training
🕒 Job Type: 5 days, no weekends

We're looking for an experienced Automotive Diagnostic Technician who thrives on solving complex vehicle problems and takes pride in getting repairs right the first time.

What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different. You'll be working on a wide variety of vehicles, using the latest diagnostic equipment to identify and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults.
Your role will include:
- Diagnosing complex vehicle faults quickly and accurately.
- Repairing to the highest standards.
- Using manufacturer and aftermarket diagnostic systems.
- Completing road tests where required.
- Working closely with the workshop team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Keeping accurate job records and ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop right the first time.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience as an Automotive Diagnostic Technician.
- Holds an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
-Minimum 5 years experience.
- Has excellent electrical and diagnostic skills.
- Is confident using modern diagnostic equipment.
- Has a full UK driving licence, Ideally c1+e
- Takes pride in their workmanship and has great attention to detail.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
