We have successfully signed for are new workshop from the 15th of June, We will be carrying out all repairs and all tuning from this premises but DONT WORRY we will still be doing are mobile jobs just on certain days of the week. Due to the outstanding amounts of calls and bookings taken we can do more then just 1 car at a time and get things done quicker.

With this we can actually cut are prices slightly that catered are travel costs to come to you,

There is also talks and permission by the landlord to have a dyno/Rolling road inside so WATCH THIS SPACE,

There is so much to do still i.e Ramps,Signage ect but we are open from the 15th of JUNE

✅ BMW 330d F30 – Engine & Gearbox Calibration

This vehicle came in for a full performance upgrade, starting with a comprehensive diagnostic assessment. We focused on critical live data including EGR operation, swirl flap movement, DPF condition, boost pressure and MAF readings—ensuring the engine was operating exactly as it should before any calibration work began.

Modern ECUs—like those found in BMW, VW,audi & other platforms—often cannot be read directly via OBD. Instead, a virtual (stock) file is downloaded unless the ECU is accessed in bench mode to retrieve the true original data.

We’re seeing more cases where tuners modify virtual files and see no real-world gains. This usually comes down to replacing one calibration with another—without properly analysing live data, vehicle condition or history beforehand.

Interesting one today

Investigated a ongoing missfire & running issues

Cylinder 1 missfire, after looking over we noticed some previous work caused the scuttle panel to leak causing the sound dead carpet to soak up rain water & to leak down on the coil packs. We also noticed it was over due a service

So we completed a full service , replaced all the sparkplugs,packs and even done a temporary fix whilst we get a replacement
