Our September opening hours our now released! Please remember that flaneur HQ will be closed the weekend of 12/13 September as we will be attending with our pop up at the Isle of Wight Classic Motor Show, and also closed on Saturday 26 as we are attending Rustival at Gaydon! Next Sunday is the Isle of Wight Morris Minor Rally at the Isle of Wight Steam Railway. Flaneur will be taking Sunday off as we will be busy the following week at the Isle of Wight Classic Car Show.

We’ve had an interesting day at the British motor show and the car club hub is far more interesting than the new car part! Here’s a selection of cars on display. Not quite the motor shows of the NEC or Earls Court era.

Big news from the National motor museum: they are leaving Beaulieu when their 60 year lease runs out. Wonder how two years of discussions have led to this. Not to mention the £600k refurb only a few months ago.
