This month's project. A 1934 Austin 7 in for a full 2 tone paint.
Previous Old wheel arch weld repair panels have been modified to allow the door to fit better, these can sag on their frame and close the door shuts up.

Slowing going around fixing all the dents etc getting it ready for primer.

Absolutely stunning E30 316 touring in for some love, roof paint failed in places, water blistering on the wing and some dents on the bonnet. All sanded back, primed, and repainted. Blended the drivers door to match the beautiful lagoon green.
I love these cars so its a pleasure to work on them

I bought an old range rover with a bad smack on the nearside rear quarter. Cut a section of the quarter out of another used range, and welded the new section in. Ground it down, filled the quarter, primed, painted and polished.

1st time doing a panel repair like this really happy with how it's come out. Big shout out to the breaker who gave me the parts, used boot lid and bumper fitted.

Some more welding on the Jag
Removed the outer panels the customer wanted replaced and found a lot of rust behind that needs to be sorted before the outer panel is welded on.
It's hard to quote on welding and this is why, as you can't fully know what the job will be like until you get into it.

Ongoing project.

Jaguar XK8 with rust arches and rear quarter sections, after investigating the sills have rotted out at some point and a previous repair was found and they were just filled with wire and filler, all the rot is being cut out, cleaned and new panels bought or fabricated and welded in. It's a sentimental job for the customer so it's a pleasure to me working on it.

Doing a customers bongo getting it ready for sale, noticed this quite large run on the bumper that someone would notice when looking at the van, I used a tungsten de nib tool to shave down the run, 1500, 2000, & 3000 grit sand it down flush with the panel and then a heavy compound to polish it back up, really happy with how this turned out

Super low mileage Audi TT only 27k miles on this one. Nasty quarter dent. And bumper scuff ended up fading the door to help with the colour match
