Chefs Expression Night 🍽

Our head chefs across all our sites get the chance to create their own menu and and serve it in our venues the way they can express themselves.

First up is Josh Grace head chef at The Winehouse

Let us tell you a little about Josh…

Josh joined Comfy Pubs Company in August last year just after the first lockdown. After a short while out of the industry Josh found his passion for food again and decided to come back to being a chef.

Started as sous chef at the Winehouse and then after the Christmas lockdown was helping out at the Trooper. Josh had the opportunity to step up to head chef for the Winehouse reopening with a new menu.

Josh has always wanted to do more refined food and the chefs expression night is the perfect opportunity to do so especially as it lands on his one-year anniversary at the company.

In the future Josh hopes to be able to put more nights like this on as he progresses through his career with the Comfy Pub Company.
