Caused abit of mayhem yesterday Recovering this Agila off the Roundabout coming into Forres. subframe broke causing suspension arm to break loose and pulled the driveshaft. Berlingo recovered from Findhorn to Forres. The wee Peugeot also had a driveshaft fault in Kinloss. Ford with a burst brake pipe Elgin to Lhanbryde. Caddy burst a sump on a job site in aberlour. And last weekend I ended up in Mull. Happily busy as always.

Some week its been. Elgin to Glasgow Wednesday night with a Tesla got home 2.30 in the morning.

Last night got a call Oben to Lhanbryde for a Dacia home at 7.30 this morning. Safe to say i needed my beauty sleep after that.

And last week. Van Recovered from Nairn, A volvo winched out of the Moor and a Navara with no keys and a tight access 💪

Peugeot Partner from Forres to elgin timing belt failure

Volkswagen Tiguan with broken rear suspension arms Kinloss to Thomson Garage

Volkswagen Transporter Forres to Elgin non runner. A little tight for unloading.

Two Audis. An a3 and tt moved locally

Ford Ranger recovered to the Army base in Kinloss

And the Nissan Micra recoverd to mos motors yesterday after water pump bearing failure and thrown aux belt.

Busy few days and heres some of the jobs. Land Rover taken from Coltfield to Mos motors and the KIA Sportage lost a bolt out of the rear hub. Was abit tricky to square everything up and get the bolt back in but I manage so it can be loaded and recovered to Kinloss garage. Then the Golf and Fabia taken to Mos motors.

Live lane Recovery. This lovely Defender was broken down on the A96 1 mile towards Nairn off the airport roundabout. Never a situation you want to be in. Thankfully a very nice guy from Bear Scotland stopped to warn other road users and to make this recovery as safe as possible. Vehicle was then recovered to Native Automotive in Kinloss.

When you see a Recovery truck or road workers at the side of the road. Please slow down and move over. Working at the side of the road with vehichles traveling upwards of 50mph within a very close proximity isnt the nicest place to be. Just takes one mistake to end a life. We all want to get home to our families. Thank you 😊

Hope you're all well. Few jobs yesterday. Dacia picked up in Forres and taken to Thistle autos in lhanbryde. And a big ol Rover picked up in Carnie and dropped outside lossie. Bit tight for access to the garage but unloaded safely ready for its restoration

Getting pretty good at recovering these KIA Ceeds. Another one with a broken rear suspension arm. Glad I had the lorry for this one. Jacked up the arm then ratchet strap to hold it off the ground for loading.
