Experienced Motor Trade Customer Service Advisor – Full Time
Star Bodies NW Ltd are expanding and looking for someone who understands the pace and structure of a busy bodyshop and mechanical workshop.
This is not a generic admin role — we need someone who has worked within the motor trade and understands job flow, ordering parts, mechanical and repair processes, and customer expectations
You must:
• Have previous bodyshop or mechanical workshop experience
• Be confident managing workshop diaries and job allocation
• Understand job cards, repair processes and invoicing
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Be comfortable helping with marketing and promoting the business
We are looking for someone proactive, organised, and confident dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
