this customer came to us to have the electronic tensioner that controls the water pump replaced on their mini after we diagnosed it as faulty previously, after a lot of other components were removed to gain access to it we removed the old unit and fitted the new one and got the car back up and running correctly again.

This customer called us out due to the brake fluid warning light coming on, upon inspection we found the rear brake pipe/hose assembly to have failed resulting in fluid loss. we returned with the replacement hose/pipe assembly and replaced the failed part and bled the braking system getting it back to how it should be 🔧🔧

the elf has been on day shift again helping with this customers vw passat which came to us to have the front lower control arms replaced, a cv boot replacement and thermostat replacement.

We replaced the control arms and replaced the cv boot repacking it with fresh cv grease to ensure it doesnt fail. we then drained the cooling system and replaced the thermostat including new seal and then refilled the system with coolant, bled the system and ran the car to operating temperature to ensure no leaks or problems.

this customer called us out a few months ago to their trommel screening machine as it wouldnt start after being unused for a while, we arrived on site and set about finding the issue, after checking over it and trying a few different things we managed to get it back up and running as it should again for them.

This customer had us out earlier in the year to replace the rear trailing arm bushes on their ford mondeo as they had perished. we stripped down and removed the old bushes and refitted the new ones using the correct tooling and got the car back together and driving as it should again.🔧🔧
