Today we performed a DPF removal and clean, on a Honda CRV that was recovered to our workshop.
DPF was 90% blocked, we power flushed and treated, restored back on to the vehicle, fault codes deleted with a engine ECU reset, road tested and return to our happy customer.

Usually around every 300 miles or so the DPF will regenerate by super-heating the filter to burn off the contaminated particles the collect there as soot and ash. Most of the soot is then expelled through the exhaust as finer particles of harmless ash. However, it has been found that the regeneration process leaves residual ash behind in the filter. Each time a regeneration occurs more particles will build up in the filter.
Over time carbon will block the DPF and cause several issues with your engine. Our Carbon-Clean DPF ProClean Treatment, used alongside our DCS machine, offers fast,simple and effective cleaning of the DPF filter from within our workshop.

We have Just taken delivery of our new DPF cleaning machine and carried out full training to all of our staff, courtesy of carbon clean.

We can clean small car DPF up to large lorry’s inc euro 6 DPF’s.
This is the latest up to date equipment that cleans and puts back a blocked DPF to pretty much a new one with out forcing regens or putting harmful chemicals in to them.
This machine power flush’s and drys the unit.
