When you book your car in for an MOT please be aware that your MOT will take 45 minutes. If your car fails ( and 1 out of 2 do), we then have to price up the parts and labour, call you to get your approval, order the parts, get the parts, have a ramp and technician free to fit the parts, submit the car for retest before it has its new MoT.

Every week we have stressed customers who realise that they car has failed and our major wand cannot fix their car in time- so they face a weekend without their car.

We are very good at getting people back on the road but sometimes we can’t do miracles! Those customers who book a late afternoon are unlikely to get their car back that day if it fails.
