Another Audi S3 8P in for full forge build. We been looking after this car for years now, after original engine have failed owner decided to go for OEM+ upgrade on this one.
Car made healthy 424BHP and 546NM.
Spec bellow:
Forged H beam rods.
Wossner forged pistons.
Polished and balanced crankshaft.
All new mains, big end bearings and new thrust washers.
Fully built cylinder head with supertech valvetrain, all new lifters and rocker arms.
New genuine timing belt, timing chain, tensioner, oil pump chain, tensioner, upgrade vis bsd mod, all new seals and gaskets, oil cooler etc..
Our own custom in tank fuel pump paired with st1 vis hpfp upgrade and custom fuel injector clinic 165bar frpv.
Sachs uprated clutch and single mass flywheel.
Full milltek exhaust system.
New Direnza MVT intercooler.
TS430 turbocharger (potential of 480BHP here)
On this build only limiting factor is standard k04 injectors..
Big shout out to EAC performance for carrying out stage 3 tune on another EA113 project🙂
