I’m still here just don’t have the time anymore to post. So busy with fixing cars and life just don’t get the time anymore to do it like I used to.

Here’s some jobs I’ve done recently that I remembered to get photos off 🤣🤦‍♂️

Ford Kuga diesel , had really bad leaking injector seals. This one was a bit of a challenge as there was so much carbon build up and had made such a mess was very hard to extract them and clean. Everything cleaned best I could , new seals, bolts etc and running lovely again 👌

Vw t5 1.9 tdi in for no power and running rough, found the egr valve was blocked solid along with the inlet manifold.
Worst idea that car engineers ever came up with as all they do is recycle the bad stuff back into your engine and destroy it ! Everything fully cleaned and put back together running perfect again with full power restored 💪

Bmw 116d in last week. The car was not drivable as as soon as it got warm looking in the rear view mirror was a smoke screen !
The breather valve in the rocket cover was blocked solid which the caused the excessive crank case pressure which then forced oil into the turbo causing heavy white smoke.

This customer had paid every year at a dealership in Exeter for a service ! There is no way the oil could turn to sludge like this unless it’s not getting replaced when it’s supposed too ! Worst one I’ve ever seen !

Engine flushed 3 times with 3 oil filters as well. New cam cover and good drive , no smoke at all now and power restored 🙌

Haven’t had any time at all to post on here recently and apologies if I’ve not got back to anyone, I’ve had some health problems but all under control now !

Big welding job last month on a Mitsubishi pajero. This car has plastic sill covers and steps hiding all the corrosion.

All the rot was cut out and new sills made from scratch and welded on, all nice and solid now for many years to come 💪

Mammoth job in today. Bmw 530d leaking oil in all the common places.
Cam cover warped causing seal to leak. Oil filter housing / cooler seals leaking.

Supplied and fitted new cam cover , seal , engine oil and filter , recut injector seats , new seals , stretch bolts . Everything torqued to spec to prevent oil leaks ! It had has a cam cover at some point in its life and the bolts was mega tight ! This caused to seals to squash and not do there job 🙌

Rebuilt oil cooler housing new seals and gaskets. Carried out gearbox service with genuine zf service kit.

Runs lovely with no leaks anymore 💪

Rushed off my feet as usual think it may be time soon to think about taking on someone else to help me 🙂

Busiest I’ve ever been ( not complaining though )

🔴 Skoda Octavia vrs in with no clutch pedal , slave cylinder had burst and leaked fluid all over clutch and flywheel. Full luk kit supplied and fitted back on the road same day . Along with 2 snapped front coil springs and broken top mount bearings 💪

🔴 Vauxhall Astra 1.6 petrol. Oil leaks , coolant leaks , been to various garages and never been fixed properly.
Found a leaking coolant o ring behind exhaust manifold , thermostat housing seal failed , rocket cover seal leaking. Oil filter collapsed due to age , fresh oil and filter changed. Good to go for many more miles 🙌

🔴bmw 116d went to bmw for a recall, whilst it was there they decided to do a “health check” gave the customer a repair quote of £10000 🥹🤣
Lo and behold it was not half as bad as they said it was ! That’s the main stealers for you !
New exhaust flexi welded in and some other repairs no where near the price what they quoted 💪

Currently booked up until mid march at the moment and booking up fast !
