Position: Motor Vehicle Technician
Experience: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Location: Marsh Barton, Exeter, EX2 8NY
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per year + Bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week – No Weekends!
Start Date: Immediate start available

We are a small, family run business looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join our friendly team. If you take pride in your work, have an eye for detail, and enjoy working in a supportive environment, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
• Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
• Diagnose faults using appropriate diagnostic equipment
• Complete work efficiently and to a high standard
• Ensure all work is compliant with safety and quality standards
• Work independently or as part of a small team

What we offer
• Competitive Salary (£32,000 - £38,000)

It’s Bex’s birthday and she’s off work… which means the entire place is currently running on pure guesswork and panic.
For anyone wondering why:
– The diary looks confusing
– The parts haven’t magically ordered themselves
– The phones are ringing longer than usual
– And nobody knows where anything is
That’s because Bex is a major part of what keeps this whole place flowing smoothly 🙌
She’s the organiser, the fixer, the “have you actually checked properly?” person, and the one who somehow keeps us all in line.
